The beginning of the warm weather makes the Beach Cafe in Tahuna a relaxing place to meet friends on a sunny weekend afternoon. While Adrienne chatted to NeeNe and Nicky, Poppy played with Claudia and lots of other kids.

It was awesome to catch up with my school friend Yvonne, in Nelson for the Isralia Dance weekend camp. Poppy had fun swirling her skirt….

We spent an amazing week at Lakes Ranch in Rotorua with the Auckland Home Educators. Poppy made lots of lovely friends and had new adventures every day. I made lots of new friends too and had a great time with like-minded parents.

Poppy LOVED the fun sign-up night at Richmond Athletics this week…. she met up with lots of friends and had a blast running around the amazing track. The long jump was a particular favourite. A professional photographer (Blair Hall) was there and captured these two shots:
