Unfortunately, we couldn’t continue our normal socializing while Poppy has the chicken pox this week… so we’ve been doing lots of activities instead. Poppy has been exploring in the garden and having picnics outside in the sunshine. She’s been playing with Yogi and doing lots of singing and games with Mummy.

It seems that Poppy has come out in chicken pox spots today…. we’re not sure yet – but the symptoms seem to fit. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chickenpox

One of the first wee lambs born at the farm this spring needed to be bottle fed and kept inside to save her precious life. When she pulled through, Poppy tried to make friends!

Poppy’s first summer BBQ! Thanks to Tori & Rowan & kids for hosting us – Poppy had a great time playing with her friends from church. She shared her sunhat with Daddy. Here is her friend Oliver with his Mum Karen.

Afternoon tea with GranJan and Yogi included a visit to see Katy the KuneKune Pig at MacMillans Cafe.

Poppy’s teeth are coming through really well now….
