Our good friends in Atawhai gave us their old popcorn machine and we’ve been having movie nights ever since! Poppy works the machine herself and doesn’t seem to get tired of watching the kernels pop and plop into her bowl.
baking bread
After watching Junior Masterchef Australia, Poppy has become really keen to spend time in the kitchen following recipes. We found some great recipe books in the library and she has really enjoyed the different techniques. Tonight she made bread rolls with pumpkin seeds…. they were delicious!
opening night
Poppy was so desperately waiting for the opening night of her dancing show with Peta Spooner’s Wakatu Dance Theatre.
