Daddy sent a halloween parcel to Poppy with some fabulous shirts that light up when you move. He also sent some princess placemats and visors along with a halloween sticker book. Poppy wore her new purple Minnie Halloween shirt and crown visor to preschool that afternoon.
On Halloween night we went to the Richmond Baptist Church’s Saints & Angels celebration and had lots of fun with all the games and rides.
Poppy joined us on our girls weekend at Ngakuta Bay over the long weekend. She had a fabulous time and it was an awesome break away from our busy lives.
I didn’t want to post earlier in case I jinxed it – but Poppy has been out of nappies (day & night) and completely toilet-trained for 2 months now! WOOOHOOO! I’ll be selling all my second-hand YoYo Nappies on trademe.co.nz before too long.
We were surprised to find a swarm of bees in our back yard this afternoon. After calling the council’s bee expert, we were told to leave them alone and they would fly off by themselves after a couple of days. Poppy was fascinated by them and we watched them sleeping and buzzing around until they moved on.
Poppy’s friend Preston turned 3 and invited her to his party where he had an awesome Little Einsteins Rocket cake!
