Poppy Ford: YouTube Video Editor

We went to town with GranJan and Yogi today and spent an hour or so at Chipmunks Playground.

 

Last time Poppy was here she had a wonderful time going down the big slide with Adrienne – this time she did it over and over with Yogi – then she decided to have a go by herself – over and over!  This baby is not even 18 months old and she is such a THRILLSEEKER!  Not only was she competently handling the big kid’s area, she tried to ‘maximize’ the risk of the roller coaster in the under two’s area by taking her hands off the handlebars.

GranJan arranged for Poppy to be a Chipmunks Club Card member so she can come again at a discount!

Poppy and Ayla have so much fun at Music each week… one of Poppy’s favourite games is Stretchy Lycra.  All the Mums and kids pull and tug at big lengths of lycra to The Lyrca Song.  Then the little ones get to jump underneath and on top – stretching the fabric and pushing their hands and feet through it.  Poppy LOVES it!

Poppy likes helping Mummy with dinner and doing some taste-testing along the way.  She knows how to stir and wipe the bench.

Poppy was in The Leader again as the USA poster girl for our Nelson, USA Club!  We are celebrating the Fourth of July with our American friends in a couple of weeks so the local paper wrote an article.

Yogi built Poppy a new mailbox – an awesome design so she can see from the house whether there is mail to collect through the perspex window.  The mailbox sits on a new tall pole on which Adrienne’s web business sign hangs. Thanks Yogi!
